Abstract

The principles of hygiene and health preservation form one of the essential foundations of human well-being, and their most comprehensive articulation is found in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad . These teachings encompass detailed guidance on cleanliness, balanced nutrition, physical activity, mental tranquility, environmental protection, and preventive measures against infectious diseases. A comparative analysis with contemporary scientific research and modern global health guidelines reveals a striking harmony between modern health standards and Prophetic guidance.Despite increasing awareness of health in the modern world, several practical shortcomings continue to threaten human well-being. These include poor and unbalanced dietary habits, sedentary lifestyles, environmental pollution, psychological stress, sleep deprivation, and neglect of cleanliness. Such behaviors not only raise the risk of physical illnesses but also disturb the overall balance of body and mind. Scholarly analysis confirms that a lifestyle built upon the teachings of the Prophet provides holistic health physical, mental, spiritual, and social. In the context of modern health crises, the rise of chronic diseases, and lifestyle-related disorders, Prophetic guidance offers an integrated framework that is preventive, comprehensive, and sustainable. In conclusion, the alignment between Prophetic teachings and contemporary health principles highlights an effective and enduring solution to current global health challenges. This guidance plays a foundational role in shaping a healthy lifestyle for both individuals and society at large.
